MAKELLOS Returns Policy

Customers who shop on the MAKELLOS website, (www.makellos.com.au) may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for an exchange of equal or lesser value.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don´t do what they are supposed to do.

MAKELLOS does not accept returned products that have been opened or used (Unless product is deemed faulty) and will only accept the return if it is accompanied with an original MAKELLOS website receipt of purchase.

If your product is faulty, we will provide you with a full refund, minus postage costs. You need to contact us on makelloscosmetics@gmail.com beforehand to get the authorisation to send in your faulty products. All our products are inspected and ticked off for quality before being sent out to you.

Any products that meet the above returns requirements need to be returned to MAKELLOS at the customer’s expense in order for the return to be processed. Please email us on makelloscosmetics@gmail.com before hand to get the return authorisation, and we will provide you with the address to return products to.

MAKELLOS does not refund or provide credit on any postage costs incurred by the customer. We also do not accept returns unless you have contacted customer service on the above email address prior to sending in your products.

Colour swatches are not guaranteed, due to the variances in computer screens. We have given you pictures as true to life as possible in our “colour swatches” link. We do not refund for incorrect colour choice, but we will exchange for another colour providing the item is unopened and unused. Customer pays all postage costs.

You are required to patch test your products in an inconspicuous area before using them, to ensure you are not allergic to the product. This can be done on your wrist, or behind your ear. A small amount of product is applied to the area and left for 10 minutes, if there is any adverse reactions, do not use the product. We take no responsibility for products which have caused allergic reactions, as we list all the ingredients on the website and products(if not listed on the product an ingredient slip will accompany your product ) You are required to observe the ingredient list before making your purchase, and note any ingredients you have allergies to. If you have had a reaction in the past, or have been told you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients, do not purchase that product.
